Giving Thanks (It Can Help You Heal)

Instead of writing another post on ‘the issue’, I want to focus your attention elsewhere–on the good going on in your life right now.

Remember your blessings and in an instant you can be lifted out of your situation.  (Even if it’s for just a moment, sometimes a moment is all we need to get grounded again.)

There’s something healing in it.

There’s something beautiful in it.
