The cost of mentoring is similar to the cost of therapy ($125 per session/$495 per month) for the first person–but instead of the typical 50 minute appointment, my sessions last 75-90 minutes, or 25-50% longer.
If both of you are involved in the program, we give the second partner half-off, which makes it $750 per month for the couple. But this gives your husband more than one hour of help each week, because he is able to attend as many group sessions as he’d like.
For example, when my husband runs 4 group sessions a week, it makes the cost $28 per hour (click here for the calculation).
But if that’s not in your budget right now, feel free to read my Frequently Asked Questions for other options.
