I’ll admit, the cost of my 1-to-1 Full Mentoring Program is more expensive than some therapists–but instead of the typical 50 minute appointment, my sessions last 90 minutes, or about 50% longer. (Couples 2-to-2 sessions run about 75 minutes.)
If both of you are involved in the program, your husband’s 1-to-1 sessions with Jay will run 60 minutes, but he is able to attend Jay’s group sessions if he’d like.
